  • Understand safe cooking techniques
  • Understand safe and effective reheating of foods

Cross Contamination

In this module you will learn to:

  • Understand the need to cover food and clearly label within a kitchen environment
  • Identify the need to be ‘fit for work’
  • Understand and identify effective cleaning in the kitchen environment
