Our Programmes
Apprenticeships that
open doors.
From the kitchen pass to the boardroom, our accredited apprenticeship programmes are built to develop real skill, real confidence, and real career progression. Whether you're an employer investing in your team or a learner stepping into a new role, we'll guide you every step of the way.
Culinary Apprenticeship
Every plate is a promise to someone who is trusting you.
A kitchen is where care becomes something you can taste. In hospitals, care homes, schools and restaurants, the food a chef sends out decides whether someone eats well today and whether they feel looked after. An untrained kitchen costs dignity as well as money: meals left uneaten, allergens missed, a brigade that burns out because nobody showed them a better way. A trained chef raises the standard of a whole service.
The Academy of Culinary Excellence
Every level is taught to the standard Marco Pierre White sets for anyone who cooks in his name: his seven principles, the Learning Collection, masterclasses and the Register of Accredited Chefs, from Production Chef at Level 2 to Senior Culinary Chef at Level 4.
Education Apprenticeship
Somewhere this morning, a child got through a lesson because a teaching assistant noticed.
Teaching assistants are the adults closest to the children who find school hardest: the child who cannot yet read the board, the one who has stopped putting a hand up, the one whose home life arrives with them at nine o’clock. What that adult knows, and notices, shapes what a child believes is possible. It is skilled work, and too often nobody has taught it properly.
Our education apprenticeships take you from Teaching Assistant at Level 3 to Specialist Teaching Assistant at Level 5, with specialisms in SEND, social and emotional wellbeing, and curriculum provision. You learn in the school, alongside the teachers you already work with, taught by coaches who have stood at the front of a classroom and by NUPAF Educators.
Health & Social Care Apprenticeship
Someone’s mother. Someone’s whole day.
The person helping a resident out of bed this morning is the most important person in that resident’s day. Whether they were trained decides whether the move is safe, whether the medication is right, whether a change in someone is noticed in time, and whether the person being cared for still feels like a person. Care done well is invisible. Care done badly makes the news. The difference is training, and the confidence that comes with it.
From Adult Care Worker at Level 2 to Leader in Adult Care at Level 5, our health and social care apprenticeships develop the judgement, the confidence and the compassion the people in your care depend on. Your coach comes to the unit, reviews happen around the rota, and Learn Care Excel’s course books put the depth of care education in your hands, whatever shift you work.
Safeguarding Apprenticeship
The signs are usually there. Someone has to know how to read them.
Every serious case review says the same thing: the information was there, and the people around the child or the adult did not know what they were seeing, or what to do with it. Safeguarding is not a poster in a corridor. It is professional curiosity, the confidence to ask an awkward question, and knowing exactly who to call when the answer worries you. The people who keep others safe are rarely taught how.
Our safeguarding apprenticeship, built with the NSPCC, develops the knowledge, the curiosity and the judgement to protect children, young people and vulnerable adults, for anyone who works where that matters: schools, care, health, housing, the police and local authorities. Not the policy alone, but the practice.
Wellbeing
How people feel is not a soft outcome. It is the outcome.
A community health worker who gets a lonely man to his appointment. An event assistant who makes a room feel safe for four hundred strangers. A stylist who is the only person who will touch an elderly client all week. This work changes how people feel about their own lives, and it is done best by people who have been taught why it matters and how to do it well.
Two Level 3 apprenticeships are live now, Community Health and Wellbeing Worker and Event Assistant. Alongside them, hair and beauty programmes are being shaped with the Academy of Beauty and Wellbeing, inspired by Lino Carbosiero. Register your interest and we will contact you as places open.

Levels, entry requirements and funding vary by programme. Fifteen minutes with an advisor is usually enough to settle it.
